    Not great quality but not bad quality...these are meh......low flavor profile when cooked and lots of them have the bitter, green germ still inside. There are better options available on Amazon. I've ordered these abot 5 times now and had the same quality problems with each bag. I needed them fast and the better quality ones were not going to make my timeline so I hoped I'd just received a few old bags from last seasons harvest however, I was not impressed with any of the orders.
    Update: I've now tried 5 of the different lotus seeds available on Amazon and these rank 4th place.
