    These are fabulous and I keep them around constantly. They are so easy to put out when a friend stops by unannounced, or your grandchildren come over and need a snack. My little granddaughter and I cannot have a "tea party" without them - and we add lemon curd to make it fancy.
    I was going to comment on how fresh they stay, but I can't do that with a clear conscience, as I've never been able to keep them for more than a couple days - everyone loves them so much. They have a real lemon flavor - just the right amount. And they must be well packaged, as they have never come to me broken!

Thin crisp crunchy exploding wafers of lemon are made by elfs in a mythical lemon grove for Trader Joes, that is how good they are. My order arrived beaten up somewhere in their life the box was falling apart barely holding the sealed tubes of lemon. The important cookies were broken at both end s, fragile at best the majority still in one piece. Great cookies don't make the mistake of passing them up.
