The app is a fully functional charting application for Android devices that provides clinicians with a multitude of mobile, time saving features.Patient Tracker allows healthcare providers to take their patient information with them when traveling between one's office, the hospital, or the patients’ care facility. The app enables providers to add, delete, edit, view and manage a variety of information on the fly.
Patient Tracker also synchronizes with the Patient Tracker Desktop office software. The desktop software is not required for the Android version to function, but it does add the ability to synchronize patient data across multiple Android devices as well as provide a backup for the app's patient data.
