    I've been holding on to some Amazon store credit for a couple of weeks now, waiting for something opportune to spend it on. I'd been thinking about picking up Watch Dogs or Call of Duty: Ghosts for PS4, but I decided to wait and see if anything else went on sale/dropped in price. Then this week on PSN they decided to run what they're calling the Critics' Choice Sale. As a result, there are some PS4 games going at prices significantly lower than the current physical retail cost.

    I needed $25 on PSN, but as you can only buy these cards in certain increments, I picked up a $20 dollar card and a $10 card. With each purchase I was immediately taken to a "show code" prompt here on Amazon, and those codes were easily redeemed via the PlayStation Store on the PS4. I'm now the proud owner of Shadow of Mordor, and it only cost me $25 (the physical copy is currently $40 on Amazon, and the digital code is still a full-on $60).

    Bottom line? If you need Sony wallet cash quick but can not or do not want to put your information on the PS3/PS4/Vita -- or if you're wanting to put money in a friend's wallet without putting your card information on their system -- then this is an easy, effective way of getting it done.

    Within 5 minutes of purchasing this PS gift card, I had received an email with the code. If for some reason you are not getting your email, you can also grab the code from your orders section. But if you didn't receive your email with the code, that means it may have gone to someone else's inbox. I would fix that ASAP. Use the code before they have a chance to steal it and get your email fixed because that would be a major bummer. Yeah, this is by far my favorite way to buy PS cards because you know it's going to be safe and you are going to get it FAST.

    UPDATE : NOV don't remember exactly
    i got my 50$ code after a 2 hours delay,and i was so close to canceling the order but that would take 12 hours to confirm and the psn code takes up to 4 hours to be sent.
    so i kept my order and after 2 hours i got an email with the code , and guess what? it worked .

    my initial rating was 5 stars for the 20$ card , and since amazon wont let me put 2 reviews(one for each card)and my rating for the 50$ purchase is 3 stars , then the average would be 4 stars.
    i recommend you to stick with the 20's since it seems to be a lot faster and that is exactly what i'm doing on my next purchase'S .

    i just bought another 50$ code , and it took less than 1 minute to complete the purchase and get the code.

    from where am looking it looks like amazon will give you one card at a time and if you try to buy an other one a message will appear on the screen saying it would take some time for security purposes.the good news is you are still getting your code , the bad news is it will take some time ( 2 hours for me ) .

    I can't always get the PS STore to work for transactions for me, for some reason.
    I love the convenience of getting the cards on Amazon. Not only can I use promotional credits, points, and gift cards to help pay for the cards, but they deliver the cards IMMEDIATELY.

    The digital codes are available immediately with a link to the online PS store. I just have to sign in, apply the card, which is pre-pasted, and it applies the balance to my account. I can then spend any of the balance and direct the games to download to our PS4. If there's any balance, it will stay on the books there at the PlayStation Store for use the next time you shop.

    I trust Amazon's credit card processing a lot more than Sony's, so this is the way I prefer to get PS4 cards online. It really couldn't be easier, or faster. Because of security reasons though, you'll need to have your credit card handy; the one click settings won't work for the e-cards, but once paid for, the code is on the confirmation page with a link to redeem it. Then it works just like any other card.

    I got one for someone for a gift too, and in that case, I just emailed them the code.
