    This Wusthoff knife is excellent, I recommend it. I tried 2 other so-called fine brands before the Wusthoff and they were disappointments. This knife is well constructed, has a very nice weight and balance, and is extremely sharp. It cuts all veggies and meats effortlessly. Only negatives are that the edge of the blade has serious grind marks- those should have been polished out at this price point. Also, the blade and handle are a bit thin, a slight more heft would make a better product.
