    Wonderful pens, as are most Pilots. The purple is a really cool color that stands out among the blacks and blues. I'm a prof and hate marking up student papers and scripts with a school-marmy red pen, so this is a nice change of pace. The fine point is truly fine, and the gel flows very nicely, and with no smudging whatsoever. Pilot makes a fine product.
