Customers appreciate the sturdiness of the piano stand. It's a good quality stand that is not loose or shaky. The steel bar reinforcement across the width of the piano helps keep the fabric cover secure. It supports the weight of the piano and playing with hammer hands doesn't seem to be an issue. I was pleasantly surprised upon buying and assembling this stand, for a new Casio PX-350 keyboard (which is a terrific instrument for the money). After reading reviews commenting about the price for "a couple of pieces of pressboard type wood and $1.50 in hardware" or "basically just 3 pieces of plywood type material, nothing special", and a warning that "the instructions are not the best for assembly", all I can say is that my experience was far better than this. I've uploaded four photos to show the actual pieces of this stand, each of which arrived in perfect condition, thanks to elaborate protective packaging within the shipping box. The wood pieces are finely finished in black, matching the keyboard, and the hardware that holds the keyboard and stabilizes the stand is very sturdy. I found the assembly instructions very easy to follow (there are only 6 steps, where step 1 is "check that you have all the pieces"); the only tool needed is a large Phillips screwdriver. All but one step can be easily accomplished by a single person; two people would help when attaching the side pieces to the back piece and standing up the unit for the first time. The finished stand looks great, is the right height for a typical piano bench (such as the OnStage KB8902 which I purchased), and is very stable when you play the PX-350. Overall I'm quite happy with this purchase and felt it was worth the price. If you are getting the SP-33 pedals, which attach easily to the base of this stand, some merchants offer a package of both the CS-67 and the SP-33 at a lower price than sum of both.

I don't know what people are complaining about - this stand couldn't be better, and should be twice the price. It's custom-fit for the keyboard series (so you don't have to screw around with something from Ikea or a foldable keyboard stand), it comes with all of the necessary hardware, matches the look of the keyboard, etc. Also, keep in mind that it's only 13" deep, so it will sit closer to your wall, as opposed to a folding stand that needs longer feet for balance, giving you a bit more room in front of it. And the last & best point for this vs a foldable stand: it's rock-solid. This was the main reason I wanted to get rid of the folding stand I've been using for years. That stand always allowed the keyboard to move a bit making it unsteady, and frankly inhibited my playing pleasure. With this CS-67P stand, the keyboard feels like a regular piano - no movement at all. The keyboard attaches to the stand with four easily-accessible, simple wing-bolts (supplied, as seen in the images), so if you have to move it or separate them for any reason, it will take seconds.

Since the question was asked and not answered, this stand sits 26" high, and when you add the keyboard you will have 24.5" of clearance under it for your knees (the keyboard sits down into the stand) and the top edges of the keys sit at 29".

We live in a small house and also heat with wood. I have access to the beautiful “analog” upright piano I grew up with but I didn’t want to bring it into my house because of the space and tuning considerations. I bought a Casio Privia-150 a few years ago and put it on a deep windowsill for use with learning singing parts and occasionally playing but it wasn’t a great set-up long-term. My children just started taking piano lessons and I wanted them to have more room to play and to be able to sit appropriately so I finally purchased this leg set. It was so easy to put together — about 10 minutes of actual construction time. It feels solid and I think it looks really nice! It’s a very simple and clean design and doesn’t have a chintzy “keyboard” look. It may not be as beautiful as a wooden piano, but It also takes up VERY little space in our house! And I love that with the Privia, it is always in tune (important for me as a singer and critical for the kids learning to train their musical ears). Also they can use headphones to practice too! I am very happy with this set-up!

The Casio stand is a necessary addition to the PX330. Why wouldn't anyone want to place the PX330 on a stand. Well, the stand matches the piano perfectly, very stable, smartly designed, required very simple installation, is made from wood, and is colored black to match the piano. It's a great design for home use, and the PX330 also is a fine electric keyboard to have fun with at home. It looks nice and sounds great. Unless you're Alfred Brendel, McCoy Tyner, or Stevie Wonder, this piano keyboard will be fine for all your piano playing. It has a very sleek design and can fit against a wall taking up minimal space. Great piano and stand for a great price.

Praticamente indispensabile, qualunque altro sostegno balla troppo.
