I make quite a few cakes, and someone, probably one of my children over the years, has filched my best matching cake pans so I have been "making do." However, a friend has been asking me to make 3 layer cakes for all his family and friend birthday parties and usually insists on giving me a substantial cash "tip" when he picks them up. The last time, I decided to spend what he would probably leave on the table where his cake would be waiting and buy 3 beautiful new pans from my favorite, USA Bakeware. I already had two of their muffin tins. (I just made some wonderful little plum pies in one of the muffin pans!) They are not a disappointment! I was a little surprised that instructions say to wash them by hand, and I must confess I have cheated and put them in the dishwasher. I suppose the coating will wear out faster, but I always grease and flour my pans, and put parchment in the bottom anyway, so that doesn't worry me. Although they tend to be a bit more expensive, they are so sturdy and perfect in every way, I think they will outlast other pans, and I find they heat evenly and even when I forgot to put my water-soaked strips around the outside, I got a pretty level top surface on each layer. I highly recommend the cake pans and one by one, hope to amass an entire collection of USA bakeware. Next I'm going to see if they have some smaller pans that will fit my Instant Pot Air Fryer Oven.

Defective item!
First time i order something from this seller that is defective! I have ordered some other items before and no problem! But this one Mehh! I requested a replacement though, because honestly the products from this seller are good!

The pan is sturdy. Will last for a long time.
If you are looking for quality and sturdy pan, then you can buy it, better than cheaper alternatives around rs 500. I bought it for rs1050.
