Not enough
The separation where I need it the most, to align my big toe, is non existent.I feel if there was more material on the first loop, that would be helpful.

I bought a pair of the Minjie Men Women Comfort Foot Toes Alignment Socks Stretch Tendon Relieve Pain Feet

I totally Love, Love, Love these toe spreader socks!
The quality seems nice and they feel so wonderful!
I put them on at night and usually fall asleep with them on.
Most of the time, when I wake up in the middle of the night for a potty-run, that's when I take them off.
After a few weeks of use, I feel that these have really helped my overlapping small toes a lot.

My shoes, sandals and slippers are not tight and I have plenty of toe-room in them.
But as I've gotten older, my little toes started to crowd the toe next to them.
Then both of my little toes started to actually overlap their neighboring toes!
These Toe Spreader Socks are really helping me with this problem, just by wearing them to bed for half the night.
I think these are a great item and I have ordered a few more pairs now!

These socks work very well. I have a bunion that over time has shoved the other toes to the left and some of the regular toes are crooked anyway. These socks work very well in keeping the toes more aligned. Also, I had suffered lots of ball of foot pain so I wear these in the evening along with a gel cusion under the metatarsil and my foot pain is practically non-existant. Definitely recommend this to anyone with crooked toes and or bunions that have shifted the toes around. They also are thick and very very comfortable to wear. Hoping they last a long time. (these were not wearable in shoes though, but that is ok with me)

Let me offer something a little different in my review of these toe-spreading socks. Most reviewers describe whether the socks work for them in terms of relieving foot pain, controlling bunions, increasing their energy, or whatever. I won't address those factors. Like any over-the-counter product touted to have beneficial effects on the human body, "your mileage may vary." Just because one person sees positive results doesn't mean another one will experience the same thing, and vice versa.

Instead, I'll say a few words about their quality and durability. After more than a year of nightly wear at about seven hours per night, and a large but uncounted number of washings, the socks have held up remarkably well. They have not stretched out at all. The elastic bands around the calf and toe areas are still as tight as they were when new. None of the stitching has failed, the toe separator loops remain firmly attached at both ends and there is no evidence of the fabric getting thin in the heel. This is impressive quality. Both my wife and I have had other socks wear out within a few months of light use, but these are still going strong.

There are really only two signs of wear. First, the fabric has "pilled" quite a bit, with little knots of fibers all over the socks. It's purely a cosmetic effect. One could remove the "pills" if one wanted to, but it's hardly worth the effort. The other sign of their advanced age and heavy use is that the toe separator loops have permanently compressed a little bit, thus slightly reducing the amount of spreading they provide.

Based on more than a year of use, these socks have proven to be exceptionally durable and of very high quality. You may or may not choose to buy them based on whether you believe they will benefit you or not. But if you decide to go for them, you need not have any questions about whether they will hold up to regular use. In my experience, they definitely will.

I found that they were deceptively comfortable looking in appearance. It was as expected a bit of a compression ankle sock (at least that's how it felt) and toes spread. The cloth between the toes is quite comfortable at first but, it gave my toes cramps and chaffing pain after wearing them to bed. I guess I have restless toe syndrome while sleeping in them. Maybe they just grow on you or the manufacturer isn't using soft enough materials.

I've been using these for about a week now and I didn't realize how misaligned my toes were until I started using these socks. For comfort it's going to range from person to person. I always wake up in the middle of the night and end up taking these off due to discomfort but I imagine it gets better with frequent use.

I have other toe spreaders that separate my toes even more but those are very uncomfortable. These are better for sleeping in!

I'm actually a little shocked that these work. My feet do feel better when I wake up the next morning. In my quest to find a way to relieve my foot pain, I've tried a number of products. The toe separators seem to be the ones that are most effective. I was using the braces at night (bulky, but very helpful) and decided to just try something that does the toe separation to see if it worked. I'm pleased that it does work well. No need to wear the big bulky braces anymore.

I like to put these on at the end of a work day when I've worn shoes I shouldn't. As one in a long line of bunion sufferers, I use these to try to stretch and spread my toes after being cramped in shoes all day. The fabric is heavy, as would be needed to keep toes apart. But that does make them warm to wear; good for winter. I find if I try to sleep in them, I'll take them off during the night. My feet get hot and eventually my toes get a little sore being stretched apart. These are also slippery on wood floors. Overall, I'm happy with them and my feet are much happier too!
