    In 1900, hotels often used live plants for decorations but were burdened with the constant watering & maintenance required. Martin Luther Beistle found a solution by manufacturing decorative plants made from paper and with this, The Beistle Company was born.

    Although The Beistle Company opened its doors in Pittsburgh, PA, it quickly expanded and outgrew the facilities and headed East to the small town of Oakville, PA. Incorporated in 1907, its manufacturing moved to the second floor of a wagon shop, until rapid expansion created the need to move to larger facilities in nearby Shippensburg, PA.

The actual product is skimpy and doesn't have as full as what is pictured. There are maybe 2 or 3 portions that are 15 inches. The rest are less than 12 inches. This is really disappointing. I'm going to return them.

    This is much less grand than what is pictured. Imagine a firework that should pop beautifully but turns out a dud. The different lines are NOT the same size as the pic leads you to believe. And I did not have much variety in color in the one I got. It comes all smashed up in a tube shape and as a previous reviewer noted, you can NEVER get it to look like it does in the picture. POOR PRODUCT. BUYER BEWARE. Zero-star worthy.

    I must say that was disappointed in this centerpiece. It came bunched up and bent, and even after taking out of the package, spreading out the branches and fluffing it up, it looked nothing like the picture. The colors are pretty, but the branches are sparse. I would not recommend this if you are looking for something that looks like the picture, and I believe you will be disappointed if you are planning to use this as your centerpiece for decorating.
