I have plac psoriasis, and everyone and the doctor told me to put lotion and moisturizer on the spots. All that did was make it itch more and the plac became more spread and thicker than before. It then would either peel or flake off leaving sores that itched way worse and hurt as well. And the creams for this did the same only you were greasy too. I then thought, moisturizing doesn't work what if we dry it out. Even though it looks like that is the last thing it needs. I had the black walnut all ready, works wonders on raw spots, and yeast infections on the skin. (BURNS like the devil, but works) Put it on the spots with the droper, enough to cover it while using a Qtip to spread it. Then let dry, may burn some but worth it. Reapply this after your shower, or bath. It started to itch less the longer I did this and a lot less plac. Now It doesn't itch, and you can't tell there ever was a spot there. The only thing about this stuff is it leaves a brown spot where it dries. But it washes right off, and it works, but it's better than that itchy burning feeling.
P.S For any raw spots, get this brands garlic oil,(black walnut helps dry it out, garlic oil is when it to dry from the black walnut )won't let yeast grow, helps with friction, sooths the skin from friction, kills fungal infections, and those are only the things I've tried so far. And for anyone with very bad raw spots where it get's the point of almost blood or is, or before. Get the Viva paper towels that don't have any pictures on them, you can get the single roll. They are very soft, strong, absorbs the moisture. The thing with raw spots is to never wipe them. EVER. It will hurt, itch, and if is bad enough it will bleed if it isn't already. Like if the spot is under the breast, just get a sheet off the roll and put it on the spot and let your breast hold it there, leave it there for an hour or two and then replace it with a new one leave that one there till the next day. Should be gone then. If it's bad you will need more than one sheet, do not roll it, but fold them like you would a sheet or a throw. When you go to change it and if it is stuck, pour a little white vinegar on it then slowly pull the paper towel off. Repeat till healed. Warning for the vinegar it will burn. ALOT, but it seems to help wounds heal faster for some reason. Great for burns, it put on the burn right after no blistering or anything.
