I've been using this product for about a month now and have noticed some improvements. The biggest and most visible improvement is with my nails. My nails are much stronger and longer - like they were when I was in my twenties. I bought this product for my thinning hair. I'm thin in my bang area, temples and crown, as well as patchy areas in the back of my head. I'm a pitta-kapha and have been battling hair loss for a couple of years. I've tried many, many hair vitamins and topical treatments. I also bought the healthy hair oil and use it as a pre-shampoo treatment. I have noticed very subtle improvements in my hair, but I have a long way to go. I know hair recovery takes a lot longer than nails. There was a small area along my hairline that was almost bald and it is now a little less noticeable. I plan to continue to use this product because I feel like it's also balancing my pitta - I deal with pretty bad night sweats and they have been better since taking this product - not completely gone -but much, much better.

I have also been fooling around with scalp/hair oiling and just lots of extra hair care, careful drying, leave-in conditioners, but suddenly it occurred to me the one thing which has probably done the most work on this shiny, growing-growing-growing head of hair is what I have been putting in my mouth. Not bad.
