The person that I bought these four says that they got more energy from these adrenal caps. So already there seems to be a good result being yielded by this product. They were bought to help with thyroid problems and that is what I hope they will do with time. Speaking of time, I will update my review down the line as I hear more about the results she is getting via this product. I liked it it was freeze dried which means it's Super Fresh the glandular portion of the ingredients in the supplement. There are lots of good ingredients here that are recommended for these conditions and again we'll update as time permits as to further results. Did gal who takes these told me that it has been a game changer in that the problem she was having with her thyroid had disappeared. She said it changed her cortisol levels where her doctor even said that she is normal now. So this is huge. I have tried many adrenal supplements, was hoping to not have to use one that had dessicated adrenal because I have read varying reports of long term safety....although haven't we all heard scare tactics when it comes to natural supplements anyway...
After purchasing this I couldn't tell a huge difference. I had more energy some days, but it was not dramatic like others. My sleep became better, but I take so many supplements I wasn't quite sure what to attribute it to. So when I ran out, I decided to try another supplement by Gaia which is very highly rated and very expensive, merely support herbs and no adrenal complex.
Within 2 weeks my sleep has gone to crap. I haven't changed anything else so I know it is the loss of this product. Waking in the early morning hours is a sign of adrenal fatigue and I am a textbook case for this. Even with the Gaia herbs I am losing ground. Sad.
I reordered this the moment I realized that my body needs it.
Be aware that your adrenals use a majority of your body's intake of vitamin C, and if you have fatigue in any degree, you should supplement with at least 1 gram of vitamin C per day. And your B vitamins are likely depleted as well; if you can afford the transdermal B vitamin patches go for it. I've had a lot of help with those as well, and you can't beat the price on Amazon. I hope this helps. Adrenal fatigue is truly a modern disease and awful to live with.
