    This review is for the print copy. The book was hugely disappointing and a poor value. It's really a pumped up pamphlet. Only 120 pages and those are double-spaced with huge margins. The quiz sections are almost all blank space; no information there. I've been told that other "books" in the series are similarly designed. I'd stay clear of them unless you have an opportunity to evaluate them before purchasing.
