    This is a wonderful book....I read it because it was loaned to me and I ended up buying two copies - one to loan and one to keep. I am no longer a practicing Catholic, but the feelings and prayers we are brought up with stay with us forever despite wherever our thoughts continue to grow and go. A saint...that very word is so difficult to bring into everyday reality....and yet here is a young man, who is just good. Just good. He is taken from this world way too early. I was told that there are miracle ascribed to him....I don't doubt it. I think of him often, pray. I have not asked for a miracle, just to watch over my family...it gives me a good feeling knowing that he is. I believe you will enjoy this book....upon reading it, but more upon remembering it.

    Moving and detailed account of Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati's last week. Sometimes the language was a bit emotional for my taste, but this is probably a cultural difference between English and Italian. I would recommend for anyone who is interested in Bl Pier Giorgio.
