    Read this many years ago after hearing a lecture by John Lund. Was at a time I needed it with 3 teenagers and difficulty with working with my husband. Recently needed some help and thought how it had help change so much back then… grateful it was still in print. Have studied and studied every page again. Lots of scriptural references Has helped tremendously… excellent book. The later version “Without Offence - the art of giving and receiving criticism” is very very similar
