Review
So thank you Tiffany for caring about our health and may we all take notice of what we eat. "
--Caroline Everett, happy Instant Pot owner
"If you own an Instant-pot and want to cook healthy meals immediately, this is the book for you! With delicious recipes that are simple, easy and a variety of different meals to meet the entire needs of your family, this vegetarian recipe book will do the trick. Here you'll find some great tips and techniques to get you started on using an instant pot or will help you learn new ways of cooking if you are already an expert. I also love the amazing images! This is a really helpful book for busy vegetarians and I highly recommend it for those who love their instapot. "
--Sophia D.
"This book contains basic info about the Electric Pressure cooker- Instant Pot (IP), as well as helpful tips for vegetarian beginners. The variety of recipes are fabulous and the pictures are very enticing. If you already have one or if you're thinking of buying one this is a great book to learn from. If you're only going to buy one IP cookbook, this is the one I would recommend. "
--Ellen Smith, food enthusiast
"This book gave you alternatives to the meats, and spices. It was a good book for a person who is "not a cook". I love my pressure cooker. I love putting food in the morning and not worrying about it an hour while the house fills with wonderful smells. When I experiment on my own, it all ends up as either lemongrass quinoa or spinach mushroom pesto pasta. After trying out at least half a dozen instapot cookbooks, this is by far the best one. Lots of variety and recipes of a number of international cuisines. Highly, highly recommended!"
--Helen Kenney, life coach, traveler
"Good, consistent recipes plus some great tips in general on using instant pot for those who like to improvise. This book will definitely change your way of cooking for a better and healthier than you use to. You will be able to cook delicious, healthy and easy to prepare Vegetarian dishes straight from your instant pot. The book is perfectly written in a very simple way for better and easier understanding.
This book has my "go-to recipes" for the best ever Wild Rice and Basmati Pilaf with Mushrooms and Pine Nuts. I've made a handful of other soups and casseroles and all have been delicious."

- Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2019A lot of information was learned about cooking. In this book there are good recipes, for every day. This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. I am not a vegetarian, but some persons of my family are, that is why I decided to get this book. It is a good decision especially for busy people as with the help of instant pot cooking process becomes so easy.

Easy to follow instructions for the vegetarian potter!
Great tasting quick recipes you are going to love!
- Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2020Great choice of practical recipes! However, watch her recipe for Steel Cut Oats (p.17). I got a "BURN" notice twice using the amount of water called for, using the 6 quart Instant Pot. The ratio on the Bob's Red Hill package says 1 cup oats to 3 cups water, so in this recipe, you might consider increasing the amount of water to 6 cups to prevent experiencing the same problem. I used two medium-sized golden apples.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2019There's something adorable about this book, and there are definitely some good recipes here, but you should understand this is a list of recipes written up in Microsoft Word and printed in black-and-white. There's some general discussion of how to work an instant pot, that kind of thing, but not the kind of thoughtful commentary and production values you'd find in Joy of Cooking. Sorry I don't have a good suggestion for a better vegetarian instant pot cookbook, certainly a subject that deserves attention.

- Reviewed in the United States on May 19, 2019After seeing the many 5 star reviews, I was excited about this cookbook. I'm so glad I took people's advice and did not buy the paperback for $15 and instead got the kindle version for $1.99. I immediately got a $2.24 credit for Amazon kindle books, which took some of the sting out of paying for this amateurish project. This is not the professionally edited and published book I was expecting. No preamble to describe the finished recipe, a picture that was maybe taken with a phone, and very basic recipes you could easily find online. It took me literally 5 minutes to peruse every recipe and about two seemed worthwhile. It reminded me of the pamphlet I got with diverticulitis-friendly recipes: disappointing and kind of sad.
A good lesson to remind me to check books out at the bookstore or library before I click the purchase button.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2019The desserts and the drinks were the only highlights for me. And even there I would substitute many of the ingredients...

Quality of booklet was poor. All black and white.

2.0 out of 5 stars missing ingredients, incorrect recipies
Polenta with Mexican cheese? Hummus without tahini? Pasta cooked in broth?
I think you can find better recipes on the web for free.

3.0 out of 5 stars Gute Rezepte, Bilder nur schwarzweiß

1.0 out of 5 stars Returned this book
I’m not sure why this has had so many great reviews. The book is more like a magazine, cheaply pulled together, black and white pages with very simple boring recipes.
