3.0 out of 5 stars Difficile à lire si l'on ne maîtrise pas la langue
Le film au complet un chef d'oeuvre, libérateur, que j'ai relu et revu plusieurs fois.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Joy To Grab
I am a fairly recent student in attempting some knowledge of the Russian language, (mainly via the Red Kalina internet course which is excellent - Babell not so much, which has relatively poor grammar explanation), so eager to search out what can help my understanding and appreciation of what valuable literature is clearly there. I do have, of course, the whole text of War and Peace in Russian, and listening to the spoken word via Audible is a great asset, but helping with the important fact of pure listening, rather than an intellectual exercise is a supreme boon.. This book of excerpts from this novel hones my study down into translatable pieces and I can dissect it at my ease. The added stressed letters are a great boon, and it does seem a natural way of progressing in learning the intricacies of this so fascinating language, which after a while I feel familiarity with. The more you hear a stressed letter in a word then it feels far simpler to work out by intuitive learning with what may come next....?
I do find there is a dearth of easily accessible Russian literature to explore, so this publication has to be recommended, and I do hope there is more forthcoming.
