- Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2016This is a great book. It provides yoga vinyasa flow sequences. If you read the book, you could easily do yoga studio style yoga in your home. This book was recommended to me by a yoga studio in Pittsburgh that uses it to train their teachers.
