- Reviewed in the United States on January 19, 2015I love "The Big Book of Symptoms":A-Z.
I have three children. Two boys ages 4 and 5 years old. The girl is 9 months old.
Each has different needs and personality.
I am tired of researching online for helpful health tips. Now, I can
Just open the book and look up suggestions and ideas that will
Help me manage their overall health.
It's a fundamental book for ALL parents. It's relaxing to know that I have something to rely on. Specially, helpful for my 4 year old who has severe potty issues.
Thank you for making our lives less stressful. I am super happy that I purchased "The Big Book of Symptoms: A-Z". It's my encyclopedia!
- Reviewed in the United States on November 14, 2014Yes, you can google symptoms, but I'm old fashioned and like to have a clear resource with advice from a source that I trust, especially in the middle of the night when your child wakes up ill. I love that I can look up a symptom alphabetically and then quickly see if it's connected to other symptoms and indications of when to call a doctor. I think we will use this many times in the coming years.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2014As a grandmother I purchased this very reasonably priced book to become acquainted with medical symptoms that might affect my grandchildren while they are in my care. I am so glad I did! Who knew so much medical information has changed since I raised my children? Clearly, I am buying this significant book for my friends, and as gifts for baby showers from now on! A perfect gift (and possibly lifesaver) for all who love, and cherish children!
- Reviewed in the United States on August 10, 2014Nice little reference to have around. Has a nice pull out chart with the current First Aid techniques. It covers most of the common problems that parents are faced with in a nice concise fashion. Helps parents avoid the dreaded trip to Dr. Google when various symptoms come up.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 8, 2015A very thorough book of symptoms. Glad I have it!

3.0 out of 5 stars Just call the doctor...
Decent enough & detailed to a certain extent but doesn't offer enough treatment options & often simply says "go to the doctor's office" or "call the doctor"... Of course I'll consult a doctor if needed, I didn't spend money on a book to tell me that repeatedly. It's kind of wasted print tbh. I was hoping for more troubleshooting, a bit more anatomy & physiology. It's just OK, really.
