Calm the F*ck Down is my first adult coloring book in the series, and it was so much fun to create. I found that there were so many great coloring books available, but none that filled a need I was looking for: a book that was fun to color and that also had irreverent adult humor. 
So I created one!

    A couple months ago, I joined the adult coloring book craze and have purchased a number of different coloring books. I mostly choose coloring books with animal designs, mandalas, and various patterns but I needed something to satisfy my sarcastic side. Once I found this book, I immediately ordered it because many reviewers claimed it was stress-relieving AND hilarious, which was exactly what I needed!

    When I started coloring in this book, I couldn't believe how funny and sarcastic it is! Seriously, you can't own this book and not laugh while coloring in it. The saying goes, "Laughter is the best medicine" and this book is a very inexpensive and enjoyable way to relax. The book measures 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches so the pages are regular printer paper size. There are two color test pages at the front of the book so you can test out your colored pencils or gel pens before you start coloring. There are 21 designs in all, each on their own separate page so you could tear them out to hang up, share with a friend, etc. Some are printed portrait whereas others are printed landscape. Some designs have swear words in them while others have lots of sarcasm and funny pictures to accompany them! There are a couple designs that are somewhat intricate but most of them should be fairly easy to color with colored pencils and gel pens. The paper used is somewhat thinner than other books I have but I just put some paper underneath the page so the gel pens don't bleed through.

    This is a great book for anyone who has a sarcastic side and loves to color! It is not meant to be used for children and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is offended by profanity or very serious. I'm enjoying this book so much that I hope Sasha O'Hara comes out with others like this! I highly recommend it!

    This was my first swear word coloring book that I ever bought and it’s absolutely fabulous. I feel like Sasha went straight into my brain and drew this specifically for me! The way the curses and sarcasm roll off the tongue and onto the page is absolutely hysterical. I feel super relaxed while coloring in this book. I’ll find a page that resonates with what I’m currently feeling and then I’ll start coloring off in my own little world.

    I trace the easier pictures from a light board so I have more pages to color. Sometimes I’ll save them as a pdf and color them digitally.

    Cruising Amazon like I do when in the ice cream isle at Costco, I saw this coloring book, "Calm the F*ck Down", which made me laugh so long, so deeply, I could feel my blood pressure going down as my funny bone got lit ya'll (while choking on my spittle)!

    Sometimes, just sometimes, in our own private Idahos, deep in that tin box where nobody hears those headless baby dolls scream and dried up rabbit feet on rusty keychains have left you SOL, there is also a bent up box of nubby crayons with teeth marks. Pull them out, grab this coloring book, grab two fingers of bourbon or an entire box of Riesling and color your little ass off! This was the best therapy I've ever had in my life. (My therapist is nervous, which fills my raisin-wrinkled little heart with joy. Yes. I. Am. A. Bitter. One.).

    Stress is real, life is difficult. Anything that can help ease some stress, for even 7 minutes, I think, is worth it. All I have are 11.2 crayons, and with my sticks of coloring bliss, I am taken back to wonderful memories of eating purple popsicles in the park with my cousins, my mom in the kitchen, singing Frank Sinatra songs to me and my sister in 1977, brown tiny bare feet on a cream linoleum floor, fighting over the chocolate cake batter bowl.

    I got this partly to calm down, and partly because it isn’t all fairies or really complex flowers or all butterflies. I like that some don’t fill the page, so I can see what it looks like in less than a month, while I decide whether every dot has to be colored a different color, or can be the same as the bit surrounding it! After hours of coloring one page, having no idea what even two square inches would look like ultimately, I gave it to good will.
    I am not into swearing as such, but I get frustrated like everyone, and the cover spoke to me. There are other coloring books of the samename, be sure you get THIS one! The designs are great, it is about more than the f word, good sayings, my neighbor wants mine. ry dotI looked at another of her books that had colored in pages photographed, and they looked great. Have me even more idea of how to color. I just find that I am not into every dot being the same, the repetition bores me. But I want it to look really good. Maybe I will find out more about myself and how accept a lot of things at once, if that makes sense in a clorkng book. Maybe my expectations are to high? I hope not. 🙃😀

    The coloring pages have lots of funny quotes and pictures. The pictures that I saw when I ordered it made the pages look very neat and easy to color but when it got to me and I sat down to color, I was disappointed by the lack of quality in the images. It looks like somebody doodles up some pictures and instead of going over it and connecting all the lines or whatnot, they left their doodle as is. Definitely not a deal breaker though, (that's why i gave it 3 stars) they're still a lot of fun to color. I just keep a sharpie marker on hand to fill in or connect any lines that were not completed by the artist.

    Für den Preis meiner Meinung nach etwas wenig, hätte mir mehr erwartet. Die Motive sind ganz in Ordnung, haben mich aber auch nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Das Papier ist recht dünn, sodass die Farben durchdrücken wenn man wie ich Fineliner benutzt. Würde ich alles in allem nicht noch mal bestellen.

    Book is damn funny. Print quality isn't fantastic, but I don't think the point of the book is diminished by this. Service from the seller was fantastic and book arrived quicker than expected.
