- Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2017Great summary with discrete statements and facts. Why do you need 450 page book when you can do it this way. For non football fans and patriot haters it might not be happy read but if you read it objectively it really nails core philosophy of success.

- Reviewed in the United States on July 19, 2021The book was about a 1-2hr read. The organisation and style was clear and easy to follow. The authors have done a good job of summarizing the ideas with relevant observations by Belicheck, past subordinate coaches and team members and the media.
As an coach of junior sports and a member of the military. I found lots of ideas that I can adapt and scale to my own situations. Looking forward to reading the rest of the series.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 18, 2015This was an okay read it had a lot more specific football references than the booklet on Coach Saban but a lot of the same ideas which isn't surprising since they are such good friends & have spent so much time mutually growing in their field.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 3, 2016Read this case study whilst between practices at my soccer club on a wet night . Great examples and ideas put forward in this in a simple and easy way . also has great review questions after each chapter 5/5 really helpful

- Reviewed in the United States on September 26, 2016Nice quick read. Learned so many things that I can incorporate into my business and personal habits. I admire Bill Belichick as a leader of people. I would have liked to hear little bit about how he and Robert Kraft.

4.0 out of 5 stars Maybe more useful to a coach (any sport
Straight-forward, interesting tie in between sports and management. Maybe more useful to a coach (any sport, any level) than a casual NFL fan who is also a manager/supervisor or aspiring to be one.
