Was a fast easy read. Very useful information.

Any sleep aids that I've taken have left me feeling less than 100% the next day. Slow, groggy, detached. It's tough to be on the top of your game, whatever that may be, feeling that way. After reading and understanding what the author is saying and suggesting, it becomes clear that we can all benefit from reading this book.

I have always been a bad sleeper. I’ve tried every pill on the market, some work for awhile, some get you to sleep but only work for a few hours.
Not this book. It’s full of real, can’t wait to try this recipe information and sample menus. The nutrition is explained so you don’t need a college degree to figure it all out. The menus are super easy to follow and are delicious.
The book includes healthy menu plans,a food and sleep log and a list of 50 foods for better sleep. and expert nutrition advice.

I not only enjoyed reading Eat to Sleep, it works!
