- Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2023Any sleep aids that I've taken have left me feeling less than 100% the next day. Slow, groggy, detached. It's tough to be on the top of your game, whatever that may be, feeling that way. After reading and understanding what the author is saying and suggesting, it becomes clear that we can all benefit from reading this book.

The books provides all sorts of insights to how food effects your functional pathways.

- Reviewed in the United States on July 12, 2021This book is mainly just a list of foods that might help with sleep in alphebetical order with what nutrients they contain. I found very little on 'when to eat' specifically which is why I purchased the book. All in all, it's useful for a person if they don't have time to look around the internet to collect the same information.
