Good information to begin to understand something about statistics, but it has zero explanation on how to use the math to understand the subject.

I'm a math major graduate, but I somehow never managed to take a statistics course. I learned what I needed as I went, and that was sufficient. But I wanted to get a more thorough understanding, so I bought this.
The order in which they cover the subject material is haph-hazard. They make references to basic topics that they don't cover until after it's needed in the book. There are several key calculation and numerical errors, which makes understanding the material very confusing in certain areas.
I'm even more disappointed due to the fact that I rather enjoyed other books in the "101" series, but this was a great let-down.
