Great resource with some typos in the book

Great resource with some typos in the book
Great book for surgery shelf. I found a number of typos especially in the question and answer section — mainly having the incorrect reference to the appropriate paragraph in the book. Look at my picture. How could they have missed this? I don’t even know if the numbers are just mislabeled and if I can even trust the answer. It doesn’t seem to make sense especially with what they reference in the book. I can’t find the correct answers online either. If someone has them would you mind responding? Besides this, it’s an excellent book. They also have an audio book for it which I listen to on occasion.

I'm a PA student and kept this in my white coat pocket throughout my surgery rotation. I found it perfect for any down time I had and a great shortened review of tons of surgical topics. I learned a handful from this book that I didn't learn in class and was on the EOR exam. Highly recommend for your rotation!

Basics of surgery and understanding it from a medical student perspective, cannot be more consisely put elsewhere. Supplement with meded videos and you can't go wrong. And a question bank at the end, helps concepts stick and find weak points.

If you're in the surgery clerkship for med school, you should read this book IMMEDIATELY. Quick read and high yield. Made me look less stupid than I actually am.

Excellent resource. Read this book and did the questions 2x and felt extremely well prepared for my shelf examination (also did very well). Highly recommended.

I started reading the book while on my surgery rotation today, and 5 pages immediately fell out of the binding! Then, when I went to see if I could put them back, I realized the pages are COMPLETELY out of order. It goes from page 14 to 30, 29, 28, 27, 26, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15 to 31, in that order. What the heck am I supposed to do with this information?! Unfortunately I bought this book a while ago in preparation of my current rotation, and the return window has already closed. Feeling VERY let down by this purchase.
