- Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2019It was all there some of the pages was torn but it is still usable
- Reviewed in the United States on October 5, 2015This book is very basic and even the instructor said it was not enough for the course at our University. It does give some good explanations of various real estate transactions but glosses over the details needed to examine these real estate transactions for chain of title or fraud. Since the book was written to be used nationally and all states govern real estate transactions differently, it is a pretty good starting point for this topic.
Honestly, the only reason I bought it was because it was required for the course.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 29, 2019After receiving this book when I opened and started reading it the pages are falling out. The pages are coming apart at the spine of the book. Not happy with this purchase.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2018I love a sale, but this was just ridiculous. The FIRST chapter of the book was completely missing. It's as if the buyer didn't even open the book to briefly scan it. Literally, it was the FITST CHAPTER. Dare I day, lazy? Or is the focus more on filling orders?!
- Reviewed in the United States on July 19, 2018Great for the real estate class
- Reviewed in the United States on August 15, 2018Book is fine. Be advised that depending on where you live, there are NOT many jobs in this field, so if you intend to spend any significant time at a college or spend money, be aware of the pitfalls. They can teach you things, but if there are no jobs, what good is it?
- Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2017Good book but cheaply made. Pages fell out of my new book first time I used it. So have it paperclipped together.
Good content and case examples!
- Reviewed in the United States on February 20, 2018Just started class last night and reading this book. Not 5 minutes into reading the book has the binding let go and pages are coming out.
