Overall I think it's a beautiful book with lovely designs and I have enjoyed making my first macrame jewelry to wear. I am a beginner so I got confused with the instructions. I do recommend to watch some videos before on how to do the knots so the writen instructions make more sense when you read them. But it's all part of the journey! I think the patterns are different and fun! Can't wait to do more!

The projects use the standard knots but in very original ways and the colors the artist selected for his work are just wonderful. Didn't give the book five stars because it is limited to jewelry projects and since I don't make jewelry that was disappointing. Maybe it could have been called "Bohemian Macrame Jewelry?" That said, this book is a beautiful thing so I will refer to it often for inspiration.
