- Reviewed in the United States on March 17, 2015Used this book to prepare for an elective in reconstructive surgery and it was really helpful. Basically this is something you would read as a plastics resident because of its breadth. I was able to cover some of the important areas in the book, such as grafts/flaps and hand anomalies. The information on the latter I especially found solid. I had mentioned I was reading this text to one of the surgeons and he said he knew of it being a really good book.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 13, 2015Great images and simplistic explanations. Great for my rotating sub-I's. If you use this to complement Janis' Essentials, you'll mostly cover all your bases for a solid understanding of the principles/popular pimp questions.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 9, 2018Wife loves it for work. Plastics/burn surgery. Don't know how she does it.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 26, 2016A very concise review of a broad range of topics, hits all of the high points, easy to read, pearls at the end of each chapter, a great go to reference for basic information. Good as a board review source
- Reviewed in the United States on December 16, 2018as advertised
- Reviewed in the United States on December 19, 2016It is actually new, except for the earlier mishap of not checking the order everything is very good.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2014New edition is very useful.
