I like that they're just short, quick notes to get you thinking.
One downside is that they don't identify what version of the bible they use to quote the scriptures by each quote. If you look for it, you can find that they identify on the publishing info page that they use NIV. Is rather have that identified more notably or next to each quote.

This book literally changed my life. I actually saw this book in a bookstore two years ago and immediately opened to a passage that felt like it was written to encourage me for my exact situation at the time. I bought it of course and read it everyday and it helped focus on what is really important: God. The passages are precise and powerful and really help to start your day off right. Last week, I gave that copy to my best friend who needed it just as much I did two years ago an it's helping her through some very tough times and to even reconnect with God. What a blessing!! This is the book that just keeps giving. So of course I whipped around and bought another copy from Amazon. So so so happy to give this book the review it deserves!!! I love it and couldn't recommend it more for anyone struggling with faith, life or anyone just trying to stayed focused on God.
