    Great little reference book but poorly bounded, with some perforated holes done right over the edge. Moreover, the cover came with two micro cuts on the side. I've ordered used books that were in better conditions. I expected much more for the hefty price that I paid for this new handbook. Had this book been under $30 I would not have been so bothered by it. I also got the e-book version; unfortunately, the page numbers do not match with the physical one.
