Indranil Goswami has a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He has taught and conducted research at Morgan State University in Baltimore since 1992. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland and is a past president of the Baltimore Chapter of the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers. Indranil has taught PE (CIVIL) Review and FE (CIVIL) Review courses since 2001. Since 2010, all his review course are delivered via online webinars.

In 1998, he was nominated for the Bliss Medal for Academic Excellence by the Society of American Military Engineers and in 2003, received the Educator of the Year Award from the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers. In 2014 and 2015, he received the Best Faculty award from the student members of the Civil Engineering Honor Society at Morgan State University. He is the recipient of the Excellence in Engineering Education Award from the National Society of Professional Engineers in 2016.

He currently teaches both his PE Civil Review Course and the FE Review Course via live, online webinars. The PE Civil classes typically start in February and August each year. He can be reached at civilpereview@gmail.com

    I had Dr. Goswami back when I was in undergrad and his breakdown of concepts ensures you have your fundamentals together with the problems. Once you know the concepts and practice the problems get other practice books or online problems to reference your studying. Most important know how to search the FE Guide book for the exam.
