- Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2014This text was required for an Industrial/Organizational Psychology course. It has to be one of the worst academic texts I have EVER used. It is painfully boring, not super readable and every chapter is literally nothing but 40 pages of non-stop text. No visually stimulating pictures, NADA. To make matters worse, this was for an online class so it was really the only tool I had for discussion posts and exams. If you are a professor, PLEASE do not assign this book. Your students will thank you for it.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 23, 2016I needed this for a psychology course but I will keep it for reference because of all the useful interview information.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 9, 2013I expected the textbook to be in good condition, however I would say it was borderline poor. The cover was in rough shape. After a few gentile uses the spine split apart. Be weary of the condition it might arrive in. However for the actual text, it is very helpful and informative.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 12, 2013The information in this book is very helpful in learning and understanding everything related to work and psychology. The books is great in explaining the nature of I/O psychology.
