Even track supplements and side effects/benefits. I love this and I've had it for a week and its absolutely perfect! I have no complaints and I would recommend this to anyone who is having perimenopause!

Far to many things to fill in
I gave up after a couple of week..seemed more of a hassle ...easier to jot down in a notepad
