    I have been tracking my cycles and a few things on my phone calendar but this is soooo much better! It's perfect!! Even track supplements and side effects/benefits. I love this and I've had it for a week and its absolutely perfect! I have no complaints and I would recommend this to anyone who is having perimenopause!

    Bought this to track my early perimenopause symptoms
    Thought this would be ideal to keep notes and symptoms
    Far to many things to fill in
    I gave up after a couple of week..seemed more of a hassle ...easier to jot down in a notepad
    Needs simplifying
    No need for most of the charts
