This book is well written, easy to understand and it covers a huge variety of subjects that will improve your knowledge on training, nutrition, and health. If you decide to take the PT test, the book gives you all the information you need to succeed. I can't compare it to other ones, but this is definitely a must have if you are serious about your training.
