- Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2023I liked its simple description actually it is so obvious in biochemistry I liked the way of arrangement it is for me more organized than first aid book USMLE
- Reviewed in the United States on October 30, 2018This book is amazing. It EXPLAINS complex material in a very straightforward manner. The "lecture notes" for Kaplan run like 2700 pages I believe. How can a mere mortal digest so much? Perhaps First Aid is the go-to during the final push of your Step 1 prep, but this book can guide you through 95% of the material in a very thoughtful and well-organized manner. I hate textbooks but this is a winner.

- Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2018AI don't know why more people aren't talking about this book. It's way better than First Aid, in my opinion. It has much clearer explanations.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great esp. for IMG
Great high yield resource for Read-Along. Doesn’t only contain highlights like first aid; but allows for reading it along courses to focus on highlight parts. As an international student, my university is not focused on step1, that’s why I love this book
