- Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2018Myself, I do believe the math skills for health professionals is a excellent book for students who's going to nursing school. I really enjoy reading the book and learning also. The book should have a CD for students to practice. Milande
- Reviewed in the United States on May 22, 2024This book gives a step-by-step on how to do simple math equations that are easy to follow. There was one section that I had difficulty with and had to hit the internet for more explanations, but I enjoyed this book and felt it was well-written with explanations that made my online class easy.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 18, 2022It denotes Grams with an uppercase G which is kinda horrific for a book that is supposed to be teaching you the metric system. That is not how you ever see it on product that is correctly labeled. Grams should always be g not G. Uppercase G is prefix giga or x1000000000. Any one want a billion times the correct dose of medication?

- Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2016This textbook is full of errors, both in the math as well as the context it sets up for problems. Ignore chapter six entirely, that is not how insurance works.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 17, 2015Just finished class with this book. Many mistakes in the book... needs to be updated.
