Maybe because I was expecting the worst after reading the other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received this Bible. I bought it used so I paid much less than the new price. I just wanted a smaller Bible that I could put in my purse instead of always worrying about my phone battery running out especially when I’m at church. This fit the bill perfectly. In addition there are 365 devotions throughout written with homeschool moms in mind. No it is not leather, but I wasn’t expecting it because it said “imitation leather” right at the top of this page. The font is small, but not any smaller than my daughter or husband’s compact Bibles. This Bible is definitely smaller than my large study Bible I had in college, but that’s what I wanted. I don’t know if I would pay $24 for it, but it is well worth the $10 I did pay. I love it.

    I love the cover and I love the devotions, but the Bible readings are no where near the devotion. Small detail but the devotions seem detached from the scripture somehow, almost as if it should be it's own stand alone book.

    The devotions themselves are very applicable and lovely, but they aren't in any order and just kind of thrown throughout.

    Could use some color within the pages as well, instead of just black and white. Another minor detail but something that would add some luster to the pages would be lovely.
