    I respectfully disagree with prior reviews.
    Seems that over last 20 years Mayo Board Review book morphed into comprehensive textbook on Internal Medicines like Harrison's.
    It is printed with a small dense script and full of detailed descriptions of zebras. For example, one quarter of a page is dedicated to Brucellosis with 100-200 cases annually in US. There are only 7-9 questions at the end of each chapter.
    I have an impression that the authors and editors of this book lost the site of it's purpose being a review book for the exam preparation.
    Original early editions were very practical, easier to read and about half the volume of this book.
    I hope that next edition will be more exam oriented and less of a comprehensive reference book.
