I read a few entries of this every night before bed. Yup! Sure didn't know this stuff. Sometimes what you thought you knew and what the truth is is a bit of a stretch, but hey, it's all around fun facts to know and tell.

I love snippets of "behind the scenes" history and this series of books are full of 3 minute reads on a whole variety of topics. I only wish I had the memory to store all of this info. Lots of fun to use in conversations.

I live in the states and I started watching QI online. I love this series. I started getting the books and I have loved learning new things. Despite knowing that at some point that these facts can change (they do all the time), I know that there are things in these books that will not change at all. I have already used questions from this book and other QI books to test co workers and have left them either dumb founded or intrigued. The information is fascinating and you learn a lot. I cannot wait until a bigger volume of this book comes out (as they have done for the other two QI books), and I hope they do more that just three because I think we could benefit from learning more nowadays. Personally, I wish they would also come out with updated versions of the book for those facts that they had correct at the time but have changed as we get new information. I would definitely recommend this book and get the other two as well.
