Purchased brand new book with unused Lippincott Connect access code. Logged on to site and was able to access the online text and videos but when I went to access the Self assessments tab was given the above user communication. Contacted customer support via email but that was useless.Contacted Lippincott tech support to see what's up and was told that there is no Q&A/self-assessments for this text and that the information contained on Amazon is incorrect. (I read the multiple cases of touting self-assessment capabilities for their Connect site.Rating this resource a 1 as I would NOT HAVE PURCHASED this resource and gone with a different provider.

I bought thr digital version of this book on Amazon for a personal trainers course at the City College of San Francisco. I'm hearing about all the online resources I'm supposed to have access to by buying the book - apparently there's a code sticker on the inside front cover of all the physical textbooks. There's nothing to be found in the ebook. I guess I understand why; there's no mechanism with Amazon for giving a different code in each digital copy bought. However, no one at the organization has responded to my inquiries about getting a code for myself. There's no mention in the Amazon description that you're foregoing a significant chunk of the value of this book by purchasing the ebook.

I feel pretty ripped off.
