I've been using this pillow for over 2 months. So far, I really like it. I don’t understand the negative comments about this pillow. The instructions on how to puff it up are clear and understandable. It bounces back very fast after a nights sleep, It has not flattened at all. It is firm when I lay my head on it but feels pliable and soft. I don't wake up with a sore neck which is very important for me. I purchased the body pillow as well. I would recommend this pillow.

As a lot of the reviews say, this is a very comfortable pillow! It is not lumpy at all. For the most part, it fluffs back up and doesn't stay flat, but not quite as fluffed up as I thought it would be. The bamboo pillow case is very soft. I do recommend washing the pillow case as instructed on the product information picture. I also put the pillow itself in the dryer after I opened it and dried it on low for about 10 minutes and it fluffed up very nicely. It does have a weird smell at first, but it goes away in about a week or so. It seems to be helping my headaches, which I am still getting but just less often the longer I have been using the pillow. One of the things it advertises is that it helps with TMJ, which previous reviews weren't sure if it helped or not, but I am a sufferer of TMJ, and it has helped mine immensely. I still have problems some days, but WAY less often. It also seems to be helping with my back pain. For as soft and fluffy as it is, it is surprisingly supportive of the head and neck. And, when the hubby puts is arm under my pillow, unlike previous pillows, it doesn't bother my neck at all because it forms to it much better. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn't reshape quite as well as advertised.

I bought 2 king size, one for me & one for my spouse, Golden linens LLC Bamboo Pillow Memory Foam - Stay Cool Removable Cover with Zipper pillows. We have found that they are not as easily adjustable for comfort as we expected them to be. I am a side sleeper and find myself constantly readjusting for the right fit for my neck. Also, one of the pillows arrived with the zipper to its cover unattached. I will purchase a shredded memory foam to replace it. Currently researching to find the best brand to purchase.

This is a comfortable pillow for side and back sleepers. It is quite dense and fluffs up in about 20 minutes in the clothes dryer if you feel like it might not be soft enough when you get ready to go to sleep. I have been using it 3 weeks now and have only desired to fluff it up 3 times- when it arrived to the house and again when I washed the bed linens. It arrived flat and quite frankly, knotted up pieces of foam. I did not put it outside in the sun - only into the dryer. My pillows smelled fresh almost like essential oils upon arrival and best part of it all is that I sleep without overheating and my head is not sinking. This is an excellent find at a great price.

I've had two of these. The first i received as a gift and loved it. When it got old enough i needed a new one, and decided to get another of the exact same. This pillow arrived yesterday. It's half as thick as my original. It weighs half as much as my original. It like they decided to cheapen this. I do NOT recommend.

EDIT: It's a couple days later. The pillow still hasn't puffed up to be as thick as my old WORN OUT one. Waking up with peck pain now.
