The stories they have to share make the training program come to life, and the tidbits of lifting history (both their own histories and lifting history in general) are fantastic, and are facts that everyone should know.
The program itself, which I will be running in a few months, looks brutal but effective. It's written well, and very easy to digest. Anyone can read it and figure it out quickly.
P.S. - it's less than $10 so why haven't you bought it already? Money well spent.

BUY IT! DEVOUR IT! ENJOY IT! WATCH THE GAINS COME IN! 😁
I've that time it often feels like you are reading the same stuff over and over again, not with Josh Bryant ...
I have bought literally everything he has put out and am always excited by the content.
8x8 is no different. Im a Big fannof Gironda and his writing and programs. Plus I have experimented with adjusting 8x8 for strength myself. Josh has just created a plan that makes it super easy to understand and implement.
So much so that, as usual, I'm dropping my other program and jumping straight onto this.
Thanks Josh
