I received several insights while listening to this book, which helped me to create two fundamental principles that guide my personal food plan and food choices today. These principles shifted my beliefs, behaviors and understanding of food and the role it has been playing in my life.These principles include no longer needing to pretend I am powerless over food and no longer choosing to get high with food.I am ultimately responsible for what I eat and how I nourish and care for my body.I am greatful to have found this book and the others offered by Dr. Livingston. I have hope again and faith in my abilities to make better choices in every moment. After years of struggling, and looking outside myself for the answers, I am empowered by my plan and the extra pounds are finally melting away.

If you need some really to-the-point hard-and-fast and EASY TO REMEMBER RULES to help you stick to your best eating plan, get this book. He does not pussy-foot around with “ suggestions,” He gives you ORDERS to give to yourself when you are most tempted to forget WHY you don’t eat certain foods.

This book is clearly written and not wordy. A quick read.

This book helped be understand the Never Binge Again concept. I now have several ideas on how to make my journey easier and doable

I loved this book, very simple, clear, short, much needed for many people wanting to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. The Pig is not you and it’s not your friend, so cage it and take control back in your life.

Never Binge Again was an enlightening read and important for my lifestyle change.

This book was not on par with that, but since he gives NBA out for free, I would like to support him by buying his other books in hopes of him continuing to provide NBA for free to people who might not have access to it otherwise.

This book wasn’t that helpful to me apart from the Guidelines concept. I found The Food Demon Interviews to be more helpful than this one, and would recommend it over this one.

Love the idea of having rules that I can deal with. This program has really helped me in many ways. I would recommend any of Glenn's books if you are really serious in getting your life under control. It helped me.
