Birthday Disaster.... Dead upon arrival
A birthday gift dud. The machine didnt turn on right out of the box.There was a wire pulled out from the base. I tried to reconnect the tiny wire but couldnt. Kids were disappointed, so were the parents. This was a birthday gift, but turned into a birthday disaster...The product is a great idea, but unfortunately its not made well. Dont recommend this.The picture shows were the white was disconnected, and impossible to reattach.

I purchased this for my 2 1/2 year old grandson. It is fantastic! He uses it with a tennis racket and baseball bat. The eye hand coordination is improving by each play. Both him and his sister, 4 years old, loves it. Best thing is they can set it up and play with an adult!

I bought this a few months ago and we just opened it today and it doesn't work. I even tried new batteries. My seven year old is extremely disappointed. He was looking forward to baseball, which was cancelled due to the quarantine. So i thought this would cheer him up. Major fail.

This product worked great for the first 25 days and then the ball release unit stopped working. The main unit still works but has to be manually fed which defeats the purpose. UPDATE: Though the message on my Amazon order said I was past the eligible timeframe to return the item, I was able to contact Devan. They responded within a couple hours and offered to replace the whole item. Always great to experience that kind of customer service!

I bought this for my son for Christmas, he loves playing tennis, and this was one of the only foam ball shooters I could find. The machine is quite finicky and often shoots 2-3 balls in a row with no break. My kids have been hit in the face a few times (my 2 year old even got a black eye!) because they expect a few extra seconds between shots. This was cheap, so I wasn't expecting much I suppose, but I just want my kiddos to be safe. My boys are 4 and 2, so I think this is more geared towards 6-8 year olds. So we may store away for a few years and try again.

The only thing I wasn't happy with was the amount of balls it came with but I just ordered some extra and problem solved. Definitely would recommend for ages 3-8

Balls come out pretty low and my son has to aim flimsy bat low. Definitely not ideal if you are attempting to train your child for baseball season.

Update: It's officially broken. I'm so disappointed. Before it broke, one of the bowls came flying out unexpectedly and hit my son in the eye. I would return this but threw away the box. Upsetting. I would not recommend this toy. A sad boy.
