The information on fatty liver disease itself is interesting, but the recipes are poorly written and often missing important information. We just been using them as inspiration. Wouldn't buy again, not worth sending back.

I thought this would be more of a what to do when you have fatty liver and what foods to eat and not to eat. Very disappointed
