I hate that these are so expensive, but they seem to be a legit Sonicare product. They feel much better on my gums than the regular Sonicare Pro Results brush heads I normally buy, probably because they pack so many more bristles in each clump. I don't know, but I like them better as far as going easy on my gums, and they seem to clean my teeth just as good as the others.

The only other thing I notice that's different is that when I go to rinse the toothbrush underwater with it running, is that it has a tendency to throw water everywhere - much more so than the others.
