Vibrant colors, durable, shiny, and easy to use
I've tried two of these colors so far and I can firmly say I'm very happy with this purchase. I've included a picture of my nails with 2ish weeks of wear and ZERO chipping, cracking, or splitting. Incredibly durable and high quality. I used these with a gel base coat and top coat (not of the same brand). The colors aren't super watery or thin, but two coats is still best for coverage, though I'm sure you could get away with 1 coat for some colors if you put it on thick. The bottles are very small (added pic of size comparison to a standard polish bottle) but that is to be expected of a sample box and I didn't mind.Removing is a bit of a pain as it seems no matter how long I soak in acetone, or how many rounds of acetone I soak them in, I have a lot of scraping to do to get them off which destroys my nail plate. However I am fairly new to full gel nails so I don't know if this is the norm. The counter point to this is, as I mentioned before, that they're hard to chip and very durable so will last a long time.I've also docked 1 star overall solely for packaging reasons. When I first opened these I thought I was sent the wrong set because the colors on the bottle seemed way off. All the bottles are packaged in an identical white with small windows into the bottle to see the color. However, I assume these windows are tinted to protect the gel from UV exposure but this makes the color hard to determine, which is annoying in a set that has so many similar neutrals. I have to open the bottles to tell the color, but once I did I can confirm they're 100% accurate to the product pictures. My other issue is the colors are only defined by numbers, no color names. So if I didn't want to open the bottles to tell the color I'd have to memorize the number (which, let's be real, no one will do) vs an easy to remember color name. Lastly, these come packaged in a nice little box, but the clamshell they're sitting in has some sort of cheap faux velvet material lightly covering it. This flakes off on EVERYTHING. So when I went to try the polish for the first time, the bottles were all covered in little black dusties that ended up constantly getting in my manicure. This is easily avoided if you unbox them away from your workspace and wipe them down with a damp towel -- so learn from my mistake and check them over well!!Overall though, as a gel polish it is excellent--vibrant colors, durable, shiny, and easy to use. Would happily purchase again.

I am a nail biter & occasionally let my nails start to grow. Because years of biting them have caused the nails to be soft & flimsy feeling, I wanted a product that stayed on, didn't chip & peel, etc. No drugstore polish despite it's claims have ever helped me achieve pretty strong nails. I got into gel polish several years ago. I travel for my job & consistently getting my nails done at the same salon is hard. I recently decided it was time to start growing my nails out again & decided to get a gel polish manicure. The salon I went to charged $35 plus I gave a $10 tip. On the 3rd day, one nail started to peel. I was hoping to get 3-4 weeks out of it especially since my nails were so short. A couple of days later, other nails started to peel (I think the tech put too much polish on for each layer). I ended up watching a few online instruction videos and decided that I might attempt doing the gel manicures myself. I puchased this set of colors & a base & top coat from the same company & a UV dryer. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the whole process was. Of course, it took me way longer than any nail tech would do but following the instructions included in the item & remembering what I learned in the videos I watched I managed to get it done. The polish went on very nicely & 2 minutes under the UV dryer for each layer produced a very decent result. Being right handed, the left was easier obviously & looked better. I did get some on my skin but it easily wore off after some showers & washing dishes. The color was light so it wasn't too terribly noticeable. The best thing - the polish did not chip or peel & it lasted me almost 4 weeks before I decided to give it another try. I was more successful this time! Just one polish paid for itself. All the future uses I will consider money in the bank. The picture is of my 2nd attempt. I got compliments from my co-workers on how nice my polish looked & they were surprised at the fact that I had done it myself. I am very excited to be able to do this whenever I want to without having to worry about a new nail tech in whatever town I am in and whether or not they'll do a good job or a crappy job. I do know that I usually got stuck with the new folks almost always because the experienced ones were the ones doing the fake nail applications & those new folks were "training" on my pitiful nails lol. I highly recommend this product. I am excited to try other colors & as my nails grow I will be more adventurous with bolder colors.

First a little info - my nails are super damaged from years of acrylic nails, so I decided to get those off and let my nails heal. They have some ridges and bumps.
This set of colors is good. It’s not the best. It’s inexpensive, the bottles are small. But the darker colors cover my nails well and fill in the imperfections. It’s a thicker polish, and dries to a nice glossy finish.
However - I only get a week, maybe 10 days before they start lifting. Maybe my expectations are too high, but when I get my nails done professionally that never happens. I’ll keep experimenting and I’m happy enough with my purchase that I got another set of colors.

A few things to note:
1. You dont save time. The whole process took me 1 hr. You have to cure 5x per hand (each atleast 60 sec), on top of painting 3 coats, the base and top coat, as well as nail buffing etc. Yet, with practise, I'm sure it could take less time.
2. The polish, base, and top coat MUST go on thin and dont get excess paint on your cuticles! This helps it to cure properly and prevent peeling.
3. Base coat and polish can feel gummy or sticky after curing. At first I thought I had to cure longer or that the quality was poor. It's not the case! This should go away once you apply and cure the top coat. It did for me!
4. The polish bottles and brushes are small, which actually works to your advantage because you get more control and a precise paint job.
I'm interested to see its durability.
Until then, I give a 4.5/5 stars
