Purchased these to help with my physical therapy exercises. They are great! A little cheap feeling , but they have so far remained sturdy. Currently, they hang over my door. I usually whip out a chair and do exercises twice a day. I totally recommend these.

They do not seem to be meant for long term use, because they are mostly made plastic, but I think they might be good for a year or so, which is perfect since my recovery time is set at around 6 months, which makes them a steal.

The Vive Pulley for shoulder therapy works ok. That being said, the pulley itself needs to be of a larger diameter. Other pulleys I have used are about three times the size of this one. The larger pulleys allow the rope to feed smoother and much more freely. I didn't realize how small the pulley was on this one or I would have selected another brand. The other components of the system are of good quality but the pulley itself leaves alot to be desired.
