So far so good! (With an update)
I’ve only worn the pads for 3 days thus far, but I can already tell a difference when I wear them and when I don’t. In fact, yesterday I wore them all day and when I got home from work (I stand on my feet all day—hairstylist) and took them off to put on my slippers, my foot hurt when walking. I suffer from Morton’s Neuroma in my right foot (4th toe area) and it has become quite painful. It took a little moving the pads around to find the right spot on my foot. U have to place them further down toward the arch than the pic shows. Also, I wore them for three days (I stick them straight on my foot—not the shoe) before they started losing the stickiness. I washed them with warm, soapy water and the stickiness came right back. The package came with a $2 coupon for my next pair, so I’m saving it for sure! So far so good!Update: 1/28/18I wear the pads every day. They def help with the Neuroma. However, they’re already losing their stickiness. I have to wash them every day because of not being sticky otherwise, which is totally fine. (Shouldn’t I anyway? I mean, they’ve been on the bottom of my feet.) But I think that’s causing the stickiness to wear off even quicker. 😕

I had pain in the balls of my left foot that I had been getting cortisone injections for from a podiatrist. At times the pain was quite severe. I had about 6 or 7 injections in different parts of my foot and the pain seemed to move around from one joint to another. This went on for about 4 months. I had to throw away several pairs of decent shoes because I could no longer wear them due to foot pain. I was using a crutch to keep some weight off of the foot just get around at work. Finally decided to go on line to find out what was out there for foot pain. I found these on Amazon and they were a gamechanger from the first few steps after putting the pad on. Pain stopped! I can walk now without the crutch, no pain to walk around at work. The gel is soft enough that it does not feel too hard and yet it is firm enough that it takes the pressure off the balls of my foot. I can't say enough about how they have helped. This is the only one that I can see that applies to your foot which means you don't have to buy another pair for each pair of shoes you wear. The pad is rinsed easily, leaves no residue on your foot. Great product.

I LOVE these gel pads. I like my orthotics, but these have surpassed the orthotics in taking the pain away. I have a Morton's Neuroma, so wearing some type of support in my shoes has been a necessity.
What I love about these gel pads:
- gel is far more comforting than the felt pads
- stickiness of pad is wonderful, strong, but won't leave residue and will not destroy the lining of your shoe like the felt pads do.
- can transfer from shoe to shoe with ease, cannot do this with orthotics, since orthotics will not fit in every shoe
- easy to wash with soap to regain adhesive backing

I have no "cons" for these. They are more effective and more practical than my orthotics. Would definitely recommend these to everyone.

Why I purchased: I think I have a slight neuroma in my right foot, as I sometimes feel a minor shock in my toe when I wear heels. I bought these for some black strappy sandals, so I was praying that these wouldn't show through. My case doesn't sound as serious as others have written about, but I feel it often enough to want to take care of it.

What I love: It doesn't show through! So my heeled sandals have a strap across the base of my toes and around my ankle. I put the cushion on as pictured. I played around with it to get it correct. It doesn't show through the sandal and it actually worked for my problem! With every wear, I must adjust it and it stays put for that entire day. The most important part: I don't have the shocking problem! That's all I wanted to fix! The cushion is comfortable! It wasn't expensive and fixed my problem. I even use the left-footed one on my right foot, so that the sticky side is attached to my foot, and that also works. I've worn this multiple times and it doesn't show any wear. The sticky is still sticky, I just clean with soap and water and it's seriously like new (even on the one that I stick to my foot, sticky-side up).

What I don't love: Okay, so I read that the pads were so sticky, it was picking up the soles. This did happen. It took up the sole of my new sandals, but I don't care so much as I am going to leave the pad in that shoe anyways. However, I wouldn't like it if these shoes were super expensive. I plan on gluing the sole back to the shoe again. I RECOMMEND slowly removing the foot pad from the shoe and not doing so quickly, the way I did. Also, because it's a gel, it makes a vibrating feeling against my skin that reminds me of the shock, except it doesn't hurt-- but sometimes I question whether I put the pad on correctly. Also, there is no guide on how to put the pads on. I RECOMMEND TO THE SELLER to provide a guide and instructions, because I looked online and found mixed images on how to wear it. I also don't very much like that it took apart my sole (even though you can't tell it pulled it up, so it's fine), but again, just remove it super slowly. This proves that the adhesive is very strong. However, my complaints are minuscule compared to the benefits.

Conclusion: This got the job done for my small shocking pain when wearing heels. It makes the shoe much more comfortable. Yes, it's super sticky, so keep that in mind. But it's not expensive, it's high quality, and it does what it says it does. I would recommend to someone with the same issue I have!

I loved these at first. In the proper shoes, I enjoyed days without issues with my neuroma (not Mortons, more toward the big toe). I don't know if it was the pads, the shoes or a combination of both. And then the left one shifted out of place, putting pressure where it wasn't needed. I was near tears with the resulting pain. Had the pad remained in place, I don't think this would have happened. I don't want to permanently attach them in the shoes, because I want to use them in others. The shoes were b.o.c., with a normal insole, not cloth or textured. If anyone has suggestions on getting these to stay in place until I want to change the shoes, I'd love to know. I was close to ordering another pair and then this happened. I should mention that they arrived promptly from the seller and without the problem I had, I would have given them a five star rating.
