I changed my diet to eat Paleo about a year ago. For the most part, it is easy to eat Paleo, but I am always looking for new recipes. This book is jammed full of very easy and delicious recipes. I thought it was going to be difficult to find recipes, but this book makes it a breeze. I opened the book and found a dozen new recipes in the first few pages. I love vegetables, so finding things to do with them is right up my alley. I found the very best Curried Cauliflower recipe in this book! I have made it half a dozen times already and will definitely make it again. I paired the cauliflower with some organic chicken sausage and it is mouth watering! This book has a lot of great recipes in it. The only drawback to this book is that because it has so many recipes in it, there really isn't a convenient way to list all of the recipes in the table of contents. It is broken up into sections based on meals. Still, it has the recipes that you seek!

This lot of recipes inspires me to be in the kitchen making these yummy things! It caters to all tastes. I can't believe how easy these recipes are to prepare and make. I have made muffins and snacks to take to work for the week. I even made sago pudding which I haven't had for many years!

The caveman or Paleolithic race, lived through the Pleistocene era which ended roughly around the same time as the oldest known stores of grain were found in silos, so the argument that certain cavemen didn't eat certain foods doesn't hold a great deal of water with me, but hey, you are what you eat, so whatever you think the Paleo diet should be for you, then make it so, as long as you don't start acting like a cavemen it's all good, lol, we've come too far to go back now.

You don't need to get carried away with typos or whatever you think the Paleo definition should include or exclude, after all I don't know of any cavemen who cooked out of a kitchen either, so we can either get picky, or just do the best we can with what we have, then take a chill pill, and speaking of things chill, I noticed one reviewer got picky over the key lime pie recipe, claiming it was not a pie but a smoothie; So call it key lime pie smoothie in a glass, who cares, it tastes like heaven.

After trying the chicken wing's I could plainly see that every person at that table was in agreement with me that this was a great book, as clearly no sound could be heard during the normally raucous ordeal otherwise known as dinner and the empty plates said more than words could ever say. My advice, just cook it and then see if you want to complain over a typo or a definition later. This book cost me less than a dollar, so yeah, well worth the cost.

Try one recipe a day for a whole year, as there is exactly 365 recipes in here and that my friend's is what we commonly label, as value for money. A great effort, good job.

This is OK, I would've liked it better if it had been alphabetized. It has no semblance of order so searching for a particular recipe is really hard. And there are some recipes that have very obscure ingredients so there's no chance of me actually trying it. I needed something to help me use my crockpot but this one tends to be more experimental than anything.

This is the worst cookbook I've ever gotten. Thankfully, I got this on Kindle. I wish I could get my 99 cents back. As other reviewers said, there is not 365 days. There are 365 recipes. Most of them are horrible.

There is a table of contents, but nothing is organized-- not alphabetically, not by type (soups, sandwiches, etc.) nothing.
I believe this is because the author has NO paleo cooking experience. I think she copied her recipes from websites. Some recipes are convoluted and complicated. That I could deal with. The problem here is most recipes are SO ridiculously simple that most of the book reads like a cookbook for children.

Here is an example: Paleo Turkey Sandwich
2 slices Paleo bread
Paleo mustard
2 slices avocado
Slices of roast turkey
Put together like a sandwich

This is Literally a recipe-- a turkey sandwich with avocado on it. No explanation on how to make the bread or mustard. No directions on how to roast the turkey. Another recipe tells you to saute things until done. Again, no directions for how long, how hot, etc. What a ridiculous book.

DO NOT BUY. Go online and look up recipes on paleo blogs. I wish I had done this before buying this "book."

Well written by Emma Katie. This is a wonderful Paleo diet book. I got very useful information and many healthy recipes from this book. There are many diets that can help address our nutrition requirement. One such diet is the Paleo Diet, which needs us to consume healthy food made from fresh ingredients, just like the Paleolithic man did. If you are looking Paleo diet with recipes then you should read this amazing diet book. The authors shared very helpful information and many Paleo diet recipes. I never any diet book such as this one. It's an awesome book for everyone. Highly recommended to everyone!

I don't think it's very productive to give a book a bad review, especially since it costs so little. That said, I do have some comments about this one. First, the recipes are not indexed, so you will not find breakfasts in one chapter or meat dishes in another. Secondly, there is no indication of the number of servings each recipe is scaled to. Two things that are essential for a great cookbook. I did a sample reading but it ended before I got to the recipe section. All in all, there are some pretty decent recipes in the book, you just have to find them.

This book is full of great and easy recipes. I've recently started eating healthier and cooking, not necessarily going full paleo, but it's a great resource for healthy and tasty meals. I've tried 3 recipes so far and look forward to more!

I have not as yet tried any of the recipes, though I must say I am looking forward to trying some of them. The reason I have not tried them yet is because of the expense! The ingredients are incredibly expensive. For me it cannot become a way of life - much as I would like it to- because of the expense. But on going through the book I would really recommend it -should your pocket allow- it has the best variety of recipes I have seen in a long time. I am at the moment I'm slowly building my store cupboard and looking forward to trying it.
